Dictatorship VS Democracy

I had a Dream and the Lord was speaking forth over and over the phrase:
The Four Winds of Heaven
The Interpretation: ( Daniel chapter 7 is the reshaping of the planet. )
This verse is describing the Turmoil on the Planet of the Striving of the Birthing forth of these New Alliances. Great Travailing taking place to let go of decade old agreements and Alliances that no longer work. While nations are struggeling for their Democracy, the enemy is looking to set up Dictators who are destroying Democracy.
The Lord has already spoken about looking to our own Hemisphere in World View for 2019. (Our Nation Must get out of the middle east and concentrate on this Hemisphere, while getting our Own House and Borders in Order).
So LINES are Being Drawn. Dictators VS Democracy. The enemy seeking to gain control through the back door of any Nation with New Leaders.
The Dictator vs Democracy is really Heating up in South America which has taken on an Arab Spring scenario, especially in Venezuela.
Remember and rehearse Cuba. This has the potential to become Light years worse.
There are Terrorist groups from the Middle East seeking to get a Foothold in this country.
This recent Election is EXPOSING the enemy Ahead of Time, which is what was needed. We cannot allow this country to have a government that supports Iran, Russia, and Hezbollah.
That is what is going on, which has created the Void of Leadership that exists in South America.
This is a Hot Bed of Wanna Be Dictators, Looking to the worst Nations on the Planet for support.
So while South America is fighting for Democray, the USA is trashing theirs.
