Famine of the WORD
Amo 8:11
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:
Amo 8:12
And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find [it].
Amo 8:13
In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst.
In these passages the Word Famine, and the Word Thirst, both mean the same thing.
SUFFER
There Suffering for the Words sake. Their Hungry and Thirsty for the WORD.

Hsa 2:19
And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.
Hsa 2:20
I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the LORD.
Hsa 2:21
And it shall come to pass in that day, I will hear, saith the LORD, I will hear the heavens, and they shall hear the earth;
Hsa 2:22
And the earth shall hear the corn, and the wine, and the oil; and they shall hear Jezreel.
Hsa 2:23
And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to [them which were] not my people, Thou [art] my people; and they shall say, [Thou art] my God.
The Word Jezreel means / GOD WILL SOW.
Isa 41:17
[When] the poor and needy seek water, and [there is] none, [and] their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.
Isa 41:18
I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.
God is Telling us that he will Open up High places to those who are seeking for his WORD. Those who are Hungry, and Thirst for the WORD of Life.
Today we have all kinds of Man attempts to Promote a Move of the Spirit. Revival Movements, Glory Movements, Third Day, New Wine, movements.
God is Going to produce his Own Movement in the Lives of those who are SUFFERING for more of his WORD. TRUE Hearers of the WORD wanting to Hear MORE from Heaven.
God is not going to Reveal more of his Word, to Sign seekers.
He is going to Reveal his Mind to those seeking more of him. He is the LIVING WORD.
Are you Suffering for more of JESUS and his WORD, are you Hungry, Thirsty, and tired of feeding on left overs? Seek for the BREAD of LIFE, and God will Open up Fountains and bring you to a High place.
