JESUS and the CANAANITE WOMEN

Matthew 15:22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.

†Χανααναῖος Chanaanaîos, khan-ah-an-ah'-yos; from G5477; a Chanaanæan
(i.e. Kenaanite), or native of gentile Palestine:—of Canaan.

Matthew 15:24 He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

Paraphrased/ means I am sent to get back those who are Destroyed under the Law/ ( to remind them that the just shall live by FAITH. )

Genesis 15:6 And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

Habakkuk 2:4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached
 before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Gal 3:11
But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

JESUS was Ministering to anyone who was ACTING BY FAITH.

Matthew 15:27 She said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table.

The CHURCH,  the BODY of CHRIST  are those who are LIVING BY FAITH.

You cannot be PART of his BODY,  or be the CHURCH  UNLESS you are LIVING BY FAITH.

THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.
