FOLLOWING JESUS

Mary came seeking the Lord while it was yet Dark.

John 20
1 The first [day] of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.

Then she sought some kind of understanding and help from the Brethren.

John 20
2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
3 Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.

This proved useless, since they came, looked and left. She was then left alone again, still waiting and weeping. She had know desire to leave, for her there was know where else to go. After much seeking, and waiting, on Mary's part, she was finally rewarded for her Faithfulness. Two Angels appeared unto her and started up a conversation.

John 20
10 Then the disciples went away again unto their own home. 11 But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, [and looked] into the sepulchre,
12 And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
13 And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.

This would be a surprise for anyone of us. Angels asking us questions about what we are doing. Hey, what are you doing here, what are you looking for? But Mary didn't seem to be bothered by them, and she wasn't settling for there presence. either. She wanted Jesus. This persistence and steadfastness is what brought Jesus on the scene. He just appeared and asked her the same questions. Then she really got insistent Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.

John 20:15
Then he revealed himself to her. I say now that we perceive the Lord as once he was, he revealed himself to her in a different form that she didn't recognize,

But she new his voice. Jesus had opened the door between heaven and earth and Mary was the first person to experience it. In this place Jesus instructed her to give new insight to the brethren, since they weren't willing to wait and get it first hand. Jesus sent Mary to speak revelation knowledge to them, concerning himself.

John 20
17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and [to] my God, and your God.
18 Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and [that] he had spoken these things unto her.

After he ascended he then appeared to them all and said something very Powerful.

John 20
21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace [be] unto you: as [my] Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
22 And when he had said this, he breathed on [them], and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; [and] whose soever [sins] ye retain, they are retained.

He said, we have been sent just as he was sent, and we have the same Spirit he has, his Spirit, the Holy Spirit, and the same anointing, to do what he did, and we have the authority to remit sins. WHAT?

When he appeared it was to give new instructions to his followers, Reveal new plans and help the Brethren focus on their mission. the same mission he had, to Follow Him. He made this clear to Peter, we are to Follow Jesus and not get what he has called me to do mixed up with what he calls someone else to do.

John 21
19 This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.
20 � Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?
21 Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what [shall] this man [do]?
22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what [is that] to thee? follow thou me.

Mary is a type of the Bride. She's in a New Place where the Lord appears only to those who don't give up seeking him.

Following Him. (behind the Veil) She knows his voice and he speaks direction to her ahead of time. She has close contact with him, and dose as he instructs her. She Follows Him, and sits at his feet. Waiting for his next word, She doesn't't need to go to the next Conference or Seminar to find out what he's saying. She doesn't need to follow the latest trend or revival, or order a new tape or Book. She isn't looking for new music, and she doesn't need Christian TV or Radio, She has all she needs in Him. She's on her HONEYMOON.

Revelation22
16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, [and] the bright and morning star.
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
20 � He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all. Amen.

Dear MSR Prayer Partners

We have started off the year with a very Big Change. As I write this we are still not back to normal. Our Site is not linked yet with the Internet, but we are on a new server. Our old provider simply disappeared. We had been warned that they where having financial problems, but we never thought that they would just abandon everyone. We were not able to complain since we were on their server paying for nothing, as payment for an outstanding bill owed us. So the FREE RIDE is over, and now we will have to have a budget for this Ministry. Please agree with us that the Lord will establish and bless all the work of our hands, as he Promised in his Word. Being online and having a Good Web, Master (as we do) isn't cheap. Nor do we think that God is broke and can't pay our way. We believe that he wants to lift up a Standard, and since he has already given his Best, we expect to receive from him the best. We should as Ministers live by the altar, and as we give it is said it should be given.

GOD IS A GIVER HE GAVE HIS BEST

Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you."

We know that we are meeting the needs of those who come to us for Prayer. We want to continue to be an encouragement to those who are not able to find help from other sources. The Web is increasingly becoming harder and harder to be promoted on without paying for it. So this is a really an area that needs Prayer. We want the Lord to promote this site, not spend thousands of dollars to get on the top page.

This is the way things are going, so we need more wisdom for the days ahead. We have a new member on our Ministry. She has been very helpful to me personally, and needs your prayers to see how she can be more of a blessing in the days ahead. Her name is Ann Stolp. She is in charge of the prayer List, and makes sure each need is prayed over, and then we of course we send a reply to all who leave their right Email or mailing address. We want to keep things simple and obey the Lord, and see him at work Ministering to his people.

Pray for us, and hold up our hands as we all Fight the Good Fight of FAITH.

PROPHETIC INSIGHT FOR 1999

Prophetic Dream

Stormy Days Ahead.

In a dream I was in the hallway of an elementary school. Each classroom had windows along one side. I looked through the doorway of one classroom and through the windows saw a huge tornado in the distance. It was as big as a small town where it touched the earth. I watched and it kept getting bigger as it approached the school, and the sky turned darker and darker. I ran from classroom to classroom to warn the teachers and children to leave the classrooms with windows and come into the hallway near the walls where it was safer. But I found all but a few of the classrooms empty. I tried to warn the classrooms that were occupied but neither the teachers or the children would listen. They went about doing what they were doing oblivious to the danger. As the tornado approached the school, I could hear the roaring of the wind and crashing sounds outside. The sky was black, but still they would not listen. And then I awoke. A school is where you learn. But why were most of the classrooms empty?

1 Corinthians 3:1-AV And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, [even] as unto babes in Christ. 1Corinthians 3:2-AV I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able [to bear it], neither yet now are ye able. 1Corinthians 3:3-AV For ye are yet carnal: for whereas [there is] among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? 1Corinthians 3:4-AV For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I [am] of Apollos; are ye not carnal? We are not going to be saved by denominations or men or the doctrines of men. What was the wind? Jeremiah 5:13-AV And the prophets shall become wind, and the word [is] not in them: thus shall it be done unto them. We are not going to be saved by false prophets encouraging false hopes. Why would the teachers and students not listen to the warning? Isaiah 6:9-AV And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.

Isaiah 6:10-AV Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

Isaiah 44:18-AV They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; [and] their hearts, that they cannot understand.

The teachers and students could see the world through the windows, but they could not see the danger. The world will not save us. When I was in elementary school I was taught fables.

2Timothy 4:3-AV For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Timothy 4:4-AV And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
We will not be saved by teachers telling us what we want to hear. Neither will we be saved by the fables they teach. What were the hallway walls?

Isaiah 25:4-AV For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones [is] as a storm [against] the wall.
Ezekiel 16:49-AV Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fullness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.
Ezekiel 16:50-AV And they were haughty, and committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw [good]. Jesus said,
Matthew 25:42-AV For I was an hungered, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
Matthew 25:43-AV I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
Matthew 25:44-AV Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
Matthew 25:45-AV Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did [it] not to one of the least of these, ye did [it] not to me.

We will not be saved by ignoring the needs of others. I believe the time of destruction is rapidly coming upon us, just like the tornado. It is coming soon. But we can still be a strength, a refuge from the storm, as a strong wall to those in need.

PRAYER & INTERCESSION

Father we want to Lift up our Leaders and our Nation to you now. We come boldly to the Throne of Grace to find Mercy and Grace in time of need for our Nation. We Pray for your Holy Spirit to guide our Nation now, and bring the Unity we need on Capitol Hill. Unity our leaders, and Minister to each one by your Spirit. Open their understanding to things to come, and what the pit falls are that await the wrong decisions. Up Hold Our Constitution Now, and expose all plots to bring it down. We Plead the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant to stand up for its Proper Interpretation, and we expose all lies that don't apply to it now in the Name and Blood of Jesus. Bring our leaders under subjection to the rule of Law, your Law. Let all things be done according to your will for our Nation. We Pray now for you to raise up Godly Leaders to direct our country. We Pray for Prophetic Leaders, who have a Vision of what your doing in the World . Equip them now and bring them in your timing. Speak to these men by your counsel, and give New Vision for the USA. Revive us Oh Lord, and give this Nation the Glory it once had . Let us return to the principles our forefathers laid out for us, and set watchmen on the walls to stand guard and sound the alarm to ambush the enemy ahead of time in the name of Jesus. Expose all plans to set aside the Constitution, and expose all plans to declare false Marshall Law. Expose all Y2K problems ahead of time, and expose all false problems that aren't Y2k. Let us all stop listening to the lies of the devil, and listen to the Spirit of Truth. Loose us now to hear from you, and stop the mouth of the False Media now, and bring all bad reports back on their own heads. Thank you for Life and Life more abundantly in 1999, and let the Spirit of Joy and Restoration of all things take hold and build up the lives of those who are walking and living by FAITH. AMEN
