The Human Race is back at the Same Point in Time as they where  when we said this.

Genesis 11:4
Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens,
and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be dispersed over the face of the whole earth.”

This caused  the  Rulers of the Darkness of this World to say.

Genesis 11:6 And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language;
and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they
have imagined to do.

Genesis 11:7   Come, let us go down and there confuse their language, so that they may not
understand one another's speech.”

This is the Fallen Angels talking to each other making  a  plan to Confuse and divide and conquer
man kind so they can stay in charge.
 
They Rule and Reign by  Division.

Genesis 11:8-9
So the Lord dispersed them from there over the face of all the earth, and they left off building
the city. Therefore its name was called Babel, because there the Lord confused the language
of all the earth. And from there the Lord dispersed them over the face of all the earth.

 Then the Language Barrier was created, by Fallen Angeles, Aliens/  GOD is not the Author
 of confusion.

the mount shall be surely put to death:   

EXODUS 19:13 There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through;
whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come
up to the mount.

Exodus 19:16
On the morning of the third day there were thunders and lightnings and a thick cloud on the mountain and a very loud trumpet blast, so that all the people in the camp trembled.

Hebrews 12:20-21
For they could not endure the order that was given, “If even a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned.” Indeed, so terrifying was the sight that Moses said, “I tremble with fear.”
